What happens when you delete your account
Permanently deleted
- Your profile, username, and avatar
- All game progress, badges, and achievements
- Social activity, comments, and reactions
- Saved items and preferences
Anonymized
- Ratings and reviews (author identity removed)
Retained
- Legal consent records (required by law)
- Content moderation records (legitimate interest)
Request deletion
Enter the email address associated with your Paper Chase account. We'll send you a verification link to confirm your identity.
After requesting deletion you'll have a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel by simply logging back into the app. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
